Job responsibilities:

• Develop a local Bulgarian Delivery team at each of our domain,  
• Make internal processes efficient and reliable via digitalization and automation, 
• Adjustment of the team to be on the technology edge and in line with market demand, 
• Leverage internal resources and shifting demand by trusted subcontractors, 
• Have subcontractors ready to use in various countries and technologies whenever are needed by Digital Advisors, 
• Talent acquisition (MVP, students, partners, etc.), 
• Balance team in terms of the roles and levels,  
• Handle all ad-hoc service requests from Microsoft Services (except more significant projects which are managed by respective POs (Project Owners)), 
• Resource management and planning, 
• Acting as Digital Advisor [1],  
• Establish and manage the office in Bulgaria,

Requirements:

Management 

• People management experience, 
• Recruitment, hire, fire experience, 
• Experience in managing and developing junior to senior-level people, 
• Experience in creating teams, organizational roles, structures, and responsibilities (preferably multi-national), 
• Experience in managing the relationship and growing customers in the multi-technology area in various geographical locations, 

Strategic and Business Development 

• Experience in making strategy for development unit and managing needed competencies in teams, 
• Experience in creating and managing the relationship with external partners, 
• Multi-market (geographical, technological, or vertical) new business experience working with enterprise-level customers, 

Technology  

• Expertise in one or more of Predica domains with preferable experience on cloud technology from Microsoft,  
• Experience in designing and implementing applications and systems architecture,  

Soft skills 

• Knowledge or experience in sales/pre-sales project management,  
• Efficient time management of own time, ability to prioritize and communicate efficiently potential risks,  
• Conducting workshops, presentations, meetings, 
• Analytical mind, ability to negotiate,  
• Fluent English (oral and written)
