Job responsibilities:

As Team Leader in Predica you will: 

• Manage a team of an average of 4 people (max. 9 Team Members),
• Manage team performance (Team Members availability and allocation, perform evaluation 1:1s with Team Members),
• Develop Team Members to full potential (identify, set, communicate and track individual objectives and goals to Team Members, take escalations, solve conflicts and issues),
• Identity needs for hiring, firing, education, and certification,
• Make work interesting and fun (help organize team integrations, provide recognition and verbal feedback),
• Collaboration with Team Leaders from other countries,
• Help in defining and improving our multinational daily work approach. 

As a Senior in Predica you will: 

• Prepare high-level project documentation, ie. Architecture and design, vision and scope documents, and also WBS if needed (MS Project),
• Lead meetings with the customer technical teams (training, handovers, requirements gathering, etc.) and internal project teams,
• Prepare technical input for offers,
• Supervise technical quality and set priorities for others, not only Juniors,
• Break down business requirements into the technical specification,
• Estimate the effort required to deliver a project based on the statement of work (SoW),
• Perform solution handover,
• Lead small (2-3 ppl.) delivery team holding the responsibility to deliver within agreed hours budget.

Requirements:

Technical:

• Profound knowledge of own technical area and good knowledge of other related areas proven by MCP certification and past project experience, 
• Delivered or was part of approx. 5-8 projects,
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues,
• 3+ technical experience and background in Microsoft Data Platform including cloud (Azure Data Services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, and Power BI). If some of these are missing, you will be required to learn them,
• Understanding of ML concepts, experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Spark, very good knowledge of Python or R with experience in commercial projects. 

Team Leading:

• Proven work experience as a Team Leader or a Supervisor (min. 2 years),
• Experience with hiring and firing, 
• Experience with motivating and sharing feedbacks, 
• Experience with preparing development plans.

Soft:

• Good presentation and communication skills,
• Good people skills,
• Fluent English.
