This is why the DECATHLON Partner Program will become the main strategy of our platform business.

Role:

  • Leading the Business Development for the DPP and marketplace in Poland,
  • Working in close collaboration with product manager and online category manager,
  • Elaborating acquisition strategies to develop the DPP. Directly through face to face deals or partnerships and indirectly through innovative marketing and communication strategies,
  • Coordinating ideas and partner input in order to create a backlog and prioritization for further development of the DPP and digital solutions on our platforms,
  • Definition of commercial partner strategies and priorities together with the commercial product teams. With which partners, when, for which kind of offer…. (Gold, silver, bronze partners..),
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for your portfolio of partners, undertaking deep-dive analysis,
  • Strategie how to contact partners, set up meetings, preparing presentations,
  • Integrating and using CRM Tools like Pipedrive or others,
  • Negotiating the commercial propositions and getting the contract signatures,
  • ....and all you can bring in to become the starting point for sport for our customers in the future.

Where you are needed:

  • Be an internal driver to promote in a startup environment the marketplace mind set,
  • Be responsible for selling and promoting DECATHLONS Omniservices to set the foundations for partners future success in the partner program,
  • Build the business cases to achieve financial targets  by developing market expansion plans and commercial terms,
  • Promote the DECATHLON Partner Program at external events (networking events, retail and industry fairs….) .

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) with external partners, able to manage on various management levels,
