Job responsibilities:

Delivery

• Scope out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits   
• Supervises technical quality and sets priorities for others (juniors)
• Participates in meetings with the customers on the need basis
• Prepares project documentation (architecture and design, vision and scope documents)
• Leads small (2-3 ppl.) delivery team and is responsible for delivery within agreed hours and budged
• Estimates the effort required to deliver a project based on a statement of work,   
• Executes technical proof of concepts
• Execute technical proof of concepts, UAT sessions and training/knowledge transfer sessions 

Project Management

• Books and manages project resources
• Technical lead in all phases of the project
• Orchestrates and ensures project goes smoothly by connecting all stakeholders (developers, admins, customer business, customer IT)
• Facilitates meetings with customer
• Single project point of contact for Customer and Predica
• Ensure project is delivered within:
  • Hour budget
  • Quality (Customer Satisfaction)
  • Time
  • Scope
• Performs solution hand-over
• Works on up to 4 projects at the same time as Project Owner

Sales

• Creates Scope of Work
• Creates Work Break-down Structure in Microsoft Project/Azure DevOps if needed

Requirements:

Operational

• Proven track record and experience in delivering projects in cybersecurity space, with exposure to Microsoft technology
• Fluent English

Technical Skills – depending on the level of seniority 3 or more of the following categories are required:

• Delivered at least 3 projects
• Ability to prepare Scope of Work and WBS
• Ability to manage work in project management tool (AzureDevOps or MS Project)
• Ability to manage project to achieve desired results

• Task prioritisation, highly organised
• Good negotiation skills
