Sales Coordinator
Location: Warszawa

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator who will support our internal technical and business Sales Team on the local and international market. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike - by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and knowledge.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities and maximize its performance, improve sales processes resulting in the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (currently 4 Digital Advisors)
  • Develop internal sales processes and supporting them by implementing new tools
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
  • Direct communication with international customers to support Sales process
  • Maintain contracts and CRM system
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provides after-sales support when requested
  • Store and type financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Support cooperation with Microsoft in order to deliver joint projects
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Coordinate cooperation with legal advisors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales especially in IT services and experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions are going to be considered a plus;
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Very good Office 365 knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills
  • Proficiency in English (C1 or C2)
  • Experience in work with CRM system
  • Well-organized and responsible with an inherent ability in problem-solving
  • Understanding of formal and legal aspects of contracts will be considered a plus
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, management or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing are going to be an asset
