Currently we are looking to fill unique position in our organization - join our CTO within his team and become one of Predica's experts. Your focus in this role will be on application of technologies to build a solution, educate yourself first and then our customers and internal team on what's new and best out there and how to apply it.  

Your focus will be on Azure platform and its services, designing and building solution architectures and solutions based on Azure services.  This role gives you perfect opportunity to work on diverse projects, delivered across the world in multiple countries by international team and grow your skills and expertise with us.

  • Analyze requirements and build high level project documentation: architecture and design, vision and scope, technical solution design 
  • Lead and participate in meetings with customers to discuss architecture and technical topics for specific solution 
  • Build services offerings and solution architectures for consulting team to deliver repeatable services and solution patters, 
  • Define and deliver content and Predica experts knowledge to external audience through marketing channels (videos, blogs, social media)  
  • Support delivery team in adoption of new technologies and building solutions on top of it in initial project phases 
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and trainings for internal (consulting and delivery) and external customers to foster adoption and knowledge of new technologies and services in cloud area  


  • Min. 3+ years' experience in IT industry with background coming from roles like: solution or architect, lead developer, pre-sales engineer  
  • Broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions based on business requirements.  
  • Experience with projects delivered across technologies with broad scope.  
  • Proven track record of lectures on events, social networks and meetups 
  • Good presentations skills proven with public speaking engagements feedback 
  • Cloud vendors certifications - nice to have  
  • Sales or presales proven track record - nice to have 
  • Willingness to travel around the world, to different destinations approx. 20-40% of the work time 
  • Fluent English

  • Proficiency in Azure cloud platform and services (IaaS, PaaS services, cloud design patterns, application architecture on Azure platform) 
  • Knowledge or experience in more than one technical area with focus on Azure Cloud (Application, Security, Data)  
  • Microsoft Azure (preferred) or other cloud vendor services and platform knowledge - nice to have 
  • Efficient time management of own time, ability to prioritize and communicate efficiently potential risks, blockers to respective Project Owners and Customers 
  • Analytical mind, ability to clearly articulate solution benefits 


A Candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, though it is not required to be an expert in all of them.
