Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager who will hold the overall accountability for our new and key projects. 

If you are a fantastic arranger with loads of energy, flexibility, an open mind and solid project management skills, you'll feel great working with us. This role combines sales & account management which will allow you to use different methods to successfully work with new clients and existing partners.

Responsibilities

  • developing new clients through diversified channels in order to finalize the sales of already existing products/features
  • monitoring of partners’ sales channels 
  • business forecasting and analysis
  • own stakeholders’ communication (internal and external)
  • relationship management
  • prepare the information needed to monitor project goals towards the customer and across the whole organization (risks, and issues reporting, lessons learnt documentation)
  • review the quality of completed work on a regular basis to ensure that it meets expected standards and KPIs

Essential job requirements

  • previous experience in working with enterprise-level partners 
  • solid knowledge of project management principles
  • several years working experience in project management
  • effective communication (speak, listen and write in a clear and appropriate way)
  • excellent organizational skills: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track details/data/information/activities
  • impeccable English
  • hands-on experience with agile processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • being self-driven, pragmatic and effective

Nice to have

  • experience in Jira, Confluence and Slack administration
  • interest in IoT, wireless, smart buildings solutions
