We are looking for a driven, passionate individual to join our Consulting Team. In Predica, Digital Advisor is a mix of technical and business skills. You should have proven track record of being sales/pre-sales and technical project leader in either of those technical areas (expertise in .Net, Azure or SharePoint), ideally in professional services company with Microsoft specialization.
If apart from a strong technical background, you have the drive to learn new technologies and willingness to have control over project scope and the way it’s delivered you will realize your full potential in Predica. Beware – it requires commitment, taking care of the Customers and managing full sales process end-to-end! At Predica we don’t have typical sales staff like key account managers, in our company “Everyone Delivers”. For us, project starts from the first meeting with the Customer – not from signing a contract!

Business Development:

  • Responsible for building and keeping relationships with current and new Customers and their Decision Makers / Influencers
  • Leading digital transformation with Customers
  • Exclusive ownership of the relationship with designated Customers
  • Grow business with own Customers and defining a long-term vision of the relationship
  • Managing Predica partnership with Microsoft 

Sales and Pre-sales:

  • Performing scoping workshops and presentations (demo, PoC, whiteboarding) with Customer
  • Crafting project proposals and RFP responses together with Project Owner defining Statement Of Work (in scope, out of scope, deliverables, assumptions), Commercials (pricing, timelines, and terms and conditions) as well as Work Breakdown Structures and Project Plans
  • Closing sales and negotiations
  • Acting a relationship point of contact for Customer – Account Management


  • Acting as a trusted (digital) advisor to Customers
  • Taking part in projects as Subject Matter Expert / Architect
  • Working with your subordinates (Project Owners) to close sales process from the financial point of view, deliver projects and manage escalations and customer expectations
  • Responsible for project net profit and contract management
  • Leading the team to deliver the agreed project scope

Training and operation:

  • Learn new technologies and use them in solution sales
  • Develop your soft skills to sell better and better presentation skills

Minimal requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in developer, architect or pre-sales role
  • 2+ years experience in leading and scoping projects
  • 2+ years experience in working with Customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies on Architect level
  • Fluent English
  • Good soft skills: work management, project management, functional and technical analysis, communication, conflict resolution,
  • Travel up to 50% if necessary (for example 2 week workshops or UAT and deployment on-site, this is rather max of our travel requirements and it hardly ever happens in two consecutive months, it’s also up to you how you will setup your projects)
