Employer Branding Specialist

Predica is an IT consulting company that helps companies around the world to boost IT systems for better safety and productivity with implementing award-winning Microsoft technologies. 

We are currently looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to boost our joint HR and Marketing activities. The collaboration with both departments will be crucial so great communication skills are a must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Global promotion of Predica as an employer using a range of branding initiatives (meetups, Open Days, conferences)
  • Employee event management: scenario, budget control, engagement
  • Developing an internal marketing strategy in collaboration with both Marketing and HR teams
  • Animating the internal relations - webinars, workshops, daily communication
  • Preparing internal communication (events description, latest organization changes)
  • Implementing employee advocacy practices and fitting them into a general marketing strategy
  • Representing the company during the HR and industry events
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing / HR
  • 1 year of experience in business event management
  • 1 year of experience in performing employer branding campaigns
  • Creativity and proactive approach
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under a tight schedule
  • Very good language skills (English is a must)
