Game Monetization Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop monetization of Fishing Clash – one of the most profitable games in the world – including:
    • evaluate the influence of modifications prepared by Fishing Clash product team on product profitability and player engagement;
    • set KPIs and initiate hypothesis for A/B tests that aim at optimization of income during the whole life cycle of players’ life;
    • co-responsibility for setting up product pricing strategy and monitoring game economy;
    • initiate changes based on observation of players;
    • update product teams about player behaviors and statistics.
  • Support other teams in making monetization-related decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate in scientific studies (IT, mathematics, economics),
  • 5 years of professional experience (nice to have experience in financial controlling, consulting companies or investment banking);
  • Solid experience in viability review of products/projects/investments;
  • Take part in creating business strategy;
  • Experience in setting up pricing strategies;
  • Knowledge of the probability calculus;
  • Self-disciplined;
  • Target oriented;
  • Self-reliant;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Interest in the gaming industry.

  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
