Technical Recruiter (USA, Freelance)

Currently, we are looking for a driven, passionate individual to join our US Team as a Technical Recruiter. If you are action-oriented, well-organized, reliable and not afraid of challenges, apply. 

  • Conducting recruitment processes for all of Predica US related needs,
  • Sourcing and direct searching (LinkedIn, submissions from social networks and job ads),
  • Running first calls qualifications to determine motivation, cultural fit ect., 
  • Sending tasks/assignments and ensuring these get evaluated by hiring managers or tech consultants,
  • Providing best-fit candidates to hiring managers and act as facilitator to make sure meetings happen,
  • Advising Predica how to build our internal Predica Way culture adjusted to US market (taking care of employees, rules, trends, socializing ect.).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, both on mid/senior and specialist level,
  • Native English as a must (or bilingual),
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, networking, and direct searching,
  • Successful track record of closing IT recruitment projects,
  • Working experience with international clients, general knowledge about the US labor law,
  • Understanding US benefits (HR perspective),
  • Administration skills is a plus if you would like to stay with us long-term,
  • Communication skills, honesty, taking responsibility for your scope,
