We are looking for a Digital Advisor in Qatar. As a Digital Advisor you will be both: a sales leader and expert for your customers. You proactively win new business and share through differentiated customer business value. You will identify customer business challenges and bring them to an agreement on the business value. You will own your opportunities from start to close by collaborating with more technical team members like Project Owners or Subject Matter Experts.

The question is simple: Have you ever sold and run a project based on Microsoft .Net/Azure or SharePoint solutions? If yes you might be the one we are looking for.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

  • Responsible for building and keeping relationships with current and new Customers and their Business Decision Makers / Influencers.
  • Getting new Customers and leading digital transformation.
  • Exclusive ownership of the relationship with designated Customers.
  • Grow business with own Customers and defining a long-term vision of the relationship.
  • Managing Predica partnership with Microsoft in Qatar.

Sales and Pre-sales:

  • Crafting project proposals and RFP responses together with Project Owner defining Statement Of Work (in scope, out of scope, deliverables, assumptions), Commercials (pricing, timelines and terms and conditions) as well as Work Breakdown Structures and Project Plans.
  • Preparing proposals with support from Predica’s teams: Delivery, Managed Service or Project Owners.
  • Performing scoping workshops and presentations (demo, PoC, whiteboarding) with Customers.
  • Acting a relationship point of contact for Customer – Account Management.

Projects:

  • Acting as a Trusted (Digital) Advisor to Customers.
  • Taking part in projects as Subject Matter Expert / Architect.
  • Working with your subordinates (Project Owners) to close sales process from the financial point of view, deliver projects and manage escalations and customer expectations.

Training and operation:

  • Learn new technologies and use them in solution sales.
  • Develop your soft skills to sell better and better presentation skills.
REQUIREMENTS

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 4+ years experience in developer, architect or pre-sales role.
  • Min. 2+ years experience in leading and scoping projects. 
  • Min. 2+ years experience in working with Customers.
  • Willingness to travel to GCC countries approx. 20-40% of the work time.
  • Presentation, negotiation, organizational, financial, written, and verbal communication skills required.

  • Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure: Virtual Machines, disaster recovery planning, backup services, migrations.
  • On-premise Infrastructure: SQL Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Hyper-V, System Center, Azure Pack/Azure Stack.
