Partner Manager (Warsaw/Lublin)
Workplace:

The primary objective of the Partner Manager will be structure existing partner network and extending it by adding new technology capabilities as per company strategy. Moreover, as part of the geographical expansion person will be accountable for extending already build capabilities into a new location (MEA and USA).

The quality of the partner channel will be evaluated by the ability to find and mobilize resources as per need basis during pre-sales and projects phase. The Partner Manager will be responsible for building processes, tools to allow the Consulting Team to fill the gap in both capacity and capability.

The Partner Manager will be a new role at Predica and as such it will require a person with vision and strong execution. The person will be working closely with the leadership team and together with Head of Consulting, Head of Delivery and COO will set up both team and processes to make sure that projects are delivered with top-notch quality.

In the first phase, the Partner Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO. In the second phase when the role will be well established in the organization person will be reporting to the General Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the establishing partner’s strategy for Predica.
  • Design policies, procedures, and rules for partners engagement.
  • Building a long-term relationship.
  • Enrolment of the new Partners.
  • Evaluation of the Partners performance within the ongoing engagement.
  • Quality assurance of the Partners technical team.
  • Negotiation of the win-win rates as part of a framework agreement.
  • Reliability of the partners' data in internal systems.
  • Staffing opportunities with Partners.
  • Maintenance Partners in ongoing pre-sales, projects.
  • Work with Microsoft to build and extend Predica partner relationship within an organization.
  • Manage Predica participation in Microsoft programs and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling business solutions on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven track record of build relationships with C-level personnel and owners of the technology companies.
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and video conference.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%  to attend meetings, conferences, events.
  • Account management abilities: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, analysis, opportunity management, pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Analytical skills (advanced excel skills is a must).
  • English is a must (we speak and write English on daily bases).
