We are currently looking for a Lean Practices Lead who will be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement internal initiatives with high impact in the business by the implementation of lean principles into company value stream. Constantly improving quality, customer service, projects delivery, people management and internal operations through the application of lean practices into operational processes. Leading by example - bringing the company vision of self-managed organization into practice internally in Predica. It is a new role that will be introduced to our company reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer so it is the chance for you to build it from the scratch.

  • Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to, areas of the value chain (sales/projects delivery/support) and supporting operational processes (finance, HR, administration, marketing).
  • Ownership of internal improvement objectives (OKRs).
  • Defining and documenting processes, quality metrics and control points enhancing Predica data-driven way of decision making.
  • Identifying gaps in the current processes and analyzing current processes to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risks.
  • Introducing changes in the way of doing things in all applicable teams, monitoring the adoption and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Working heavily with analytical tools making most decisions and conclusions based on data.
  • Experimenting with non-standard ways of doing things seeking to fulfill Predica WHY and to prove that 'only dead fish swim with the stream'.
  • Creating Policies in the employees' guidebook.
  • Preparing high-level specification of changes in the IT tools and supporting IT team in implementing them.
  • Participate in meetings and planning with the business leaders.

Experience and Abilities

  •  5 years' of professional experience in process improvement area; preferred in IT, manufacturing, financial services sector, SSC, BPO.
  • Considerable experience in processes modeling and setting quality metrics as process validation factors.
  • Proven experience in the implementation of Lean Tools: 5S, VSM, Visual Management, Kaizen and others.
  • Ease in an analytical analysis of complex issues and breaking down complex issues into smaller tasks.
  • Significant Lean, Six-Sigma or similar experience required.
  • Profound knowledge of Excel and strong analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in leading IT projects –  nice to have.
  • Ability to translate objectives into measurable KPIs.
  • Advanced English.
  • Leading change abilities.
