JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Configuration and maintenance of services in the public cloud.
  • Work on the II / III support line with SLA.
  • Automation of daily activities using Active Directory.
  • Creating technical documentation (eg SOP type documents, instructions, implementation plans for changes, projects related to infrastructure development, etc.)
  • Monitoring of environments and systems.
  • Support for incoming reports - diagnosis, analysis and implementation of incidents.
  • Cooperation with the third support line, development team and business user.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in working on the I / II support line.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of issues related to virtualization.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Ability to create basic PowerShell scripts.
  • Analytical skills, readiness and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
  • Understanding the principles of information systems (web application, CRM, CMS and Document Management).
