We are looking for a passionate person who will help build and develop our branch in the U.S. together with a local Predica team.   • Building new markets and leading digital transformation in our customers in the United States
  • Developing, communicating and providing high business impact solutions that enable digital transformation
  • Building and maintaining a strong and active business network including maintaining a partnership with Microsoft
  • Managing team of Digital Advisors and directly responsible for sales results
  • Supporting and influencing company strategy for the U.S. market
  • Accountable for end-to-end cooperation with our key U.S. customers meet sales targets and operational standards
  • Directly responsible for realizing company mission statements


  • 8-10 years of experience in selling business solutions to medium and large customers, focus on Microsoft data platform technologies is a plus 
  • Account management abilities: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, analysis, opportunity management, pipeline management
  • Experience selling to senior business decision makers by aligning and supporting the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pains and strategic opportunities
  • Experience leading cloud deals especially those involving Data Platform transformation and migration, AI and related preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with the customers and high skills to present solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic) to attend client meetings, conferences, events
  • Bachelor’s degree required - MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and achieving goals is a plus
