Main Objective:

The IT Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in the in-scope countries, alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, manage IT infrastructure and support related activities of the local organization, as well as providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. This person will also help define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices, In one person in charge of the operational stability of the listed sites and the locally running IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and maintains the operation of the complete suite of IT systems, (local) applications and services
  • Ensures overall IT systems stability and provides consulting and leadership on local technical issues and projects
  • Responsible for meeting OLA and SLA targets
  • Follows ITSM processes including Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem and Asset management
  • Rolls out global IT programs locally and manage specific local IT projects
  • Responsible for local Procurement of IT equipment and services
  • Manages Workplace technologies
  • Supports global teams with managing telecommunication (fixed and mobile) and audio-visual (AV) systems and network technologies
  • Supports global teams with troubleshooting of server equipment and provide hands-on support as required
  • Provide direction, coaching, performance management and support to direct reports



  • 4 - 6 years of experience in IT service, infrastructure and similar roles
  • Experience in managerial roles is an adventage
  • Fluency in English
  • ITIL (V3) certification is an advantage
  • Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate important, complex, non-routine issues and/or contracts
  • Efficiently collaborates with various global IT teams to deliver results locally
  • Ability and willingness to operate in both a ‘hands-on’ and strategic capacity as required
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel – approximately 10% of the time
