Integrated Communication Manager EE
 will be responsible for communication strategy of consumer beauty brands (colour or body&hair). Cooperating with marketing department, he or she will deliver best in class solutions supporting business and marketing goals of division in countries of Eastern Europe.



  • Builds integrated communication strategy for dedicated category in EE (colour or har/body) that covers paid, owned & earned media touchpoints
  • Sets goals & is responsible for delivering results against agreed KPIs
  • Implements campaigns & activation in line with recommended strategy
  • Optimizes activities & build best practice base
  • Recommends budget levels necessary for strategy realization
  • Leads knowledge sharing, innovations & effectiveness building in marketing team
  • Cooperates with brand marketing team
  • Build relation and cooperates daily with media & digital agencies
  • Leads team of experts in area of digital, media & influencer marketing
  • Working within newly shaped structure, he or she will be a part of new processes set-up project



  • Managerial experience in paid media area – at least 6-8 years, preferably in media agency or in internal communication marketing team
  • Experience in awareness driving media campaigns is a must
  • Broad perspective on communication channels, including understanding of influencer marketing & social media environment
  • Ability to build media strategy that is closely connected to business objectives
  • Strategic skills combined with interest in daily campaigns optimization
  • Can-do approach
  • Knowledge of consumer beauty market will be a plus
  • English level - advanced
