Opis stanowiska

Job description:

  • Prepare and manage execution of Channel Strategy for given channels (Discounters, Food, Local Chains & E-Commerce)
  • Develop and manage trade and promo activations for dedicated channels and customers,
  • Lead Trade Marketing area for given channels for Color brands (Rimmel, Max-Factor, Bourjois, Miss Sporty & Sally Hansen)
  • Pre and post evaluation of trade and promo activities,
  • Deliver innovative trade tools to develop sales in given channel,
  • Preparing analysis and recomendation for category development at given Customers, active participation in Customer's meetings,
  • Team Management (1 person),
  • Effective budget management and allocation across customers.

Wymagania

Expectations:

  • At least 3 year of professional experience in trade/customer/shopper marketing or brand marketing in FMCG,
  • Experience in managing trade marketing projects from idea to post-evaluation,
  • Experience in Team Management would be a plus
  • Analytical skills,
  • Good team player,
  • Well organized and effective in working on parallel projects,
  • Professional English,
  • Experience in Nielsen Answers.
