Opis stanowiska

Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and execution trade activities across dedicated customers. This person is a link between marketing and sales department with strong result-driven approach leading to customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build strong brands in given channel with focus on distribution, merchandising, sales
  • Develop and execute yearly Trade Marketing plan based on company strategy within dedicated channel in order to maximize every customer’s potential
  • Be responsible for development, execution and post evaluation of trade activities (e.g. loyalty programmes, promo mechanics)
  • Create and manage POSM and other in-store tools
  • Make recommendations for category development at given channel based on prepared analysis using different source of data
  • Effective budget management and allocation across customers.



  • Professional experience in trade/customer/shopper marketing or category management,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Communication and interpersonal skills in order to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects
  • Proven experience in Excel and Powerpoint is a must
  • Experience in AC Nielsen would be an advantage
