The Commercial Manager ensures that the brand strategies are transformed into business building distributor/customer strategies, designed around the Key Business Drivers. This includes to design the plans on base business as well as launch our latest brand initiatives with excellence in all markets.  The job will require good market insights to plan, track and analyze of  business and design the right programs to deliver according our business priorities. The job requires a multifunctional mindset within the Eastern Europe Distributor Cluster when building the plans but also with key stakeholders outside the cluster to ensure FFU (fit for use) programs for the Distributors in the Cluster.

Brands in the scope: Prestige  - System Professional, Nioxin, Sebastian, GHD and Lifestyle – Londa.


Core Responsibilities will be linked to the following points:

  1. Activity Master Plan
  • Lead the AMP for the region for brands/channels
  • Priority and target setting per Activity (SMAC, conceptual selling, …)
  • Deploy to Key Account Managers and lead the discussion with top Distributors
  • Create gap closing plans

  1. Business insight and analysis
  • Analyze your top Markets for brands/channels and define the right plans to meet our strategy
  • Share & Reapply best practices in the region

  1. Other
  • Manage Trade Funds and Advertising&Consumer Promotion budget for base activities and initiatives
  • LPA/LAZ owner for Eastern Europe Cluster
  • E-commerce channel strategy development
