The Business Analysis Expert will be responsible for supporting the Cross-functional collaboration with Business Models and underlying Business Fields via CommUNIty concept. The position is important for facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. This position requires strong analytical thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in the understanding of the underlying drivers of the international business.

What to expect:

• Cross-functional collaboration with Business Models and underlying Business Fields via Personal Lines and Non-Life CommUNIties,
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across different functions. Act as a single point of contact to Group Finance and Accounting / Consolidation for international matters,
• Business analysis focus on understanding the key drivers, trends on business performance and provide insights and recommendations for actions and measure them in line with strategical goals,
• Analyzing & Understanding of Quarterly Financials, support preparation for commitees. Prepare and analyse cost reports (OPEX) to manage budgets and support business planning. Enhance business understanding and the correlation with Financial Impacts,
• Provide monthly Steering via Business Driver Analysis /SBC/. Support preparation of President Calls, fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests by CMO UI.

• Successfully completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification,
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and financial metrics,
• Reporting and understanding both in Life and Non-Life Insurance,
• Profound knowledge of Power BI and SAP,
• Several years of professional experience in Data Analytics,
• Analytical and creative thinking,
• Good problem solving and communication skills,
• An excellent command of English language;
• Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter;
