Your responsibilities will inlcude

  • Creating and sending the monthly turnover reports for the Partners;
  • Maintain the partners and product database;
  • Maintain and update all other databases and files of all reports in a very easily and accessible system;
  • Participate in the preparation of sales promotions or other sales activities (incl. terms, volume forecast, target setting, etc.);
  • Support of the SOP process;
  • Support the sales department with high level analyses;
  • Implementation and processing of the activities and new tasks in the weekly reports – technical aspect (update, new tasks setting, etc.);
  • Co-operation with Marketing, IT, Controlling and Finance, Warehouse and logistics, production;
  • Project tasks during the sales force program.

What we expect from you

  • University degree (preferably in international trade, management, economics or marketing);
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales, finance or supply chain;
  • Intermediate level of English and Hungarian;
  • Proactive personality with out of the box approach in problem solving;

Poli-Farbe Kft. operates an eRecruiter recruitment system through its own career site to ensure the recruitment of its workforce. The system works on the basis that the persons concerned upload their data, CVs and photos directly. As a prospective employer, Poli-Farbe Ltd. selects employees from the uploaded applications.

Poli-Farbe Kft. shall carry out data processing in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (hereinafter: the Regulation) and Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information.

This notice contains information about the processing of personal data by Poli-Farbe Kft. It describes the type of personal data processed by Poli-Farbe Kft., the purpose and legal basis of the data processing, the period for which the data are processed, and who may have access to the processed data. Basic concepts relating to data management

Controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of the processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for the designation of the controller may also be determined by Union or Member State law;

Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, transmission, dissemination or otherwise erasure or destruction;

Processor: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Data subject's consent: a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she signifies, by a statement or by an act unambiguously expressing his or her consent, that he or she signifies his or her agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Purpose of data processing: processing and recording of job applications and CVs received electronically in response to job vacancies advertised by the Data Controller for the purposes of recruitment and selection.

Data source: directly from the applicant

Data transmission: CVs are downloaded from the system on a case-by-case basis and transmitted to data processors.

Legal basis for data processing:voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("General Data Protection Regulation") (hereinafter "GDPR").

Consent may be withdrawn at any time:The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Duration of processing: After that period, the processed data will be automatically destroyed and deleted. The processed data will be used exclusively for the recruitment and selection process.

Please be informed that if you are not selected for the advertised position, we will notify you and ask for your consent to further processing of your data in the notification. If you consent to further processing, your data will be processed for 1 year from the date of receipt.

Whether automated decision making, profiling takes place in connection with data processing: no automated decision making, including profiling, takes place in connection with data processing.

The data will be processed only by the Data Controller and its authorised staff, in accordance with the Data Controller's internal data management procedures, and by the Data Processors processing the personal data, in compliance with the rules and procedures applicable to them.

The Data Controller shall not disclose the received job applications and CVs to third parties for statistical or other purposes, except in cases provided for by law, nor shall it disclose the data received to the public, and shall provide information on the assessment of the job applications and CVs submitted only at the request of and to the data subject.

The HR staff, HR employees, the management of the areas involved in recruitment and the Data Processors shall act on behalf of the Data Controller in respect of the CVs uploaded by the data subjects. 

Data Subject Rights:

Right of access:

The data subject has the right to receive feedback from the Data Controller as to whether or not his or her personal data are being processed and, if such processing is ongoing, the right to access the personal data.

Right to rectification:

The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain, upon his or her request, the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to him or her by the Controller without undue delay.

Right to erasure:

The Data Subject has the right to obtain, upon his or her request, the erasure of personal data relating to him or her by the Controller without undue delay.

The Controller shall be obliged to erase personal data relating to the data subject without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

(a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

(b) the data subject withdraws the consent on the basis of which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

(c) the Data Subject objects to the processing on the basis of Article 21(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or the Data Subject objects to the processing on the basis of Article 21(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

(d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

(e) the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;

Right to restriction of processing:

The Data Subject has the right to obtain, at his or her request, the restriction of processing by the Controller if one of the following conditions is met:

(a) the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period of time which allows the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

(b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of their use;

(c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or

(d) the data subject has objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period of time until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

If the processing is restricted, such personal data, except for storage, may only be processed with the consent of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for important public interests of the Union or of a Member State.

Right to data portability:

The Data Subject also has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which he or she has provided the personal data, if. (i) the processing is based on consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation or on a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation; and (ii) the processing is carried out by automated means.

Right to object:

The Data Subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions. In such a case, the Controller may no longer process the personal data unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such purposes, including profiling, where it is related to direct marketing. If the data subject objects to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the personal data may no longer be processed for those purposes.

General rules on the exercise of rights of access:

The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of the measures taken in response to his or her request without undue delay, but no later than one month from the date of receipt of the request. If necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this time limit may be extended by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of the extension of the time limit within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay. If the Data Subject has submitted the request by electronic means, the information shall be provided by electronic means where possible, unless the Data Subject requests otherwise.

The Controller shall provide the information and take action free of charge to the Data Subject. Where the Data Subject's request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive nature, the Controller shall, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or information requested or of taking the action requested:

(a) charge a reasonable fee; or

(b) refuse to act on the request.

The burden of proving that the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive shall lie with the Controller.

If the Controller has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the natural person making the request, it may request additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the Data Subject.

Remedy: If the Data Subject has the right to object to the Data Subject's right to data protection, the court of law shall have jurisdiction. In the case of the Data Subject, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Data Subject is the competent court.

Data security

The Data Controller will take special care to ensure the secure storage and safekeeping of applications and CVs received. The electronic database shall be protected against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion or destruction by password protection and by appropriate levels of access rights.
