  • find new business partners across the U.S.
  • build and leverage business partnerships founded on trust and integrity
  • screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials
  • transfer industry and product knowledge to business partners via clear communication and outstanding presentation skills
  • analyze business partners’ needs and choose the right solution for them
  • provide internal feedback for product improvements
  • cooperate closely with the Competence Team that provides product and technical support for the Sales Team
  • brainstorm new, creative approaches to working closer with the influential members of targeted industries, and serve as a go-to resource to the rest of the management team
  • attend conferences, meetings and industry events
  • ensure effective communication with the CEO, as well as product, business & marketing teams

Essential job requirements

  • contacts with ESCOs, lighting system integrators, lighting solution providers or luminaire OEMs is a must
  • sales management experience, particularly with regard to technology based products
  • understanding of energy efficient lighting upgrades and retrofits
  • dynamic, outgoing and proactive interpersonal style
  • proven skills in building long-term relationships with partners/customers
  • outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • focus on quality of business relations
  • deep interest in new technologies
  • fluent English
  • familiarity with IoT / wireless solutions - nice to have
